By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me prior to the commission.General Terms
✧ Be clear, detailed, and always provide references
✧ I have the right to decline your commission if the project is something I cannot deliver
✧ The client must credit me (@tirameiisu) as the artist anytime my art is showcasedPayment
✧ All commissions must all be paid in full upfront
✧ Payment is accepted in USD
✧ Private commissions always come with a 50% feeProcess
✧ The time for your commission to be completed can take up to 1 month depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, work or family issues.
✧ If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified asap
✧ Unlimited + free revisions before completion
✧ + $5 USD for additional revisions after completionRights
✧ Commissioner cannot modify the art piece or claim as their own
✧ Commissioner can ask for the watermark to be removed (personal use only)
✧ I have the right to cancel and refund the money to the commissioner at any time for reasons (will discuss beforehand)Copyright
The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
✧ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially
✧ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
✧ Removing any watermarks/signatures
✧ Altering the artwork without my consentRefunds
✧ Client gets full refund should I fail to update you within a month of payment
✧ No refund once I've started on your commission
